The New FreeOnes (NOT THE FORUM) Suggestions, Comments, Complaints

This thread is NOT about this forum. It's about the giant update to www.freeones.com, the MAIN part of FreeOnes! If you need help with the forum, please post here.

Now that we have been on the new design for just over 3 weeks, I wanted to make a fresh thread for people to add their suggestions, comments and complaints about the new layout and features. Especially since we've pushed out a lot of updates to address your concerns (like making visited links change colors, getting the real/fake boob filter updated, sorting followed babes by name/alphabetical order, etc).

I know not everything that was asked for, reported, complained about has been completed. We started with the easiest things to roll out and are now working on the things that are more complicated:

- working on getting followed babe new content notifications added to your followed babes (close to being released)
- updating the search dropdown/search suggestion to be more useful and less cluttered (in the design stage)
- updating the advanced search page to be a form vs. tons of filters (in the design stage)
- adding a birthday filter (close to being released)
- adjusting design to make more condensed, i.e removing extra space (mobile) (close to being released)

Some other things that were suggested, that are on the list to be worked on over the next 2-3 months:

- updating the "add link to babe section" form. Will have the ability to add up to 3 categories, tags and a thumbnail
- updating the "add new babe" form so that the required info is on the 1st page and then everything else can be updated if there's info instead of 1 massive form
- updating the "add info/update babe" (i.e. babe wiki) functionality. There will be the long form as well as "quick edit" abilities. very soon there will be an indication if the profile is locked to editing instead of just blank space.
- adding a suggest/report category function to photos/videos/links
- adding a suggest/report tags function to photos/videos/links
- adding a suggest/report cast function to photos/videos/links
- adding a "add/update" thumbnail function to links

And of course we'll also be working on getting credits back up and running. If you're not seeing your credits in your account on the new site, please comment in the thread. They "should" be there by now. This was an agonizingly slow process.

Finally, is anyone actually interested in seeing a change log whenever we push updates that affect the site/user functions?

No saved login, every time I visit I have to log into the site. Using the latest version of Edge.

Can I assume the credit total on my profile is just the figure that was imported and it's currently not updating? No issue there, nothing I really want to spend credits on right now.


I see you're still to add the report functions, hope you don't mind if I post a couple of things here. The icon for Peaches is showing some Asian model and a few of the links in her dashboard are pointing to two different milf models called Monika and Monica.
It does look like some of the data got a bit mixed up, I had Amy Lee (Evanescence) marked, when it was brought over it was someone totally different. The other non models I had marked are correct though. Icon for Mr Skin showing on Anna Paquin's page though.
Sorry if that's not quite what you're after.

If that hasn't pissed anyone off too much and assuming I remember, I'll go digging around and see if I can truly piss Adam or one of the new flunkies off with things I find or don't find.

You can find discounts on the home page, then you can also visit https://discounts.freeones.com as well. We're working on getting something better integrated.

Don't worry, you're not pissing anyone off. This is the type of information that's actually constructive AND helpful. ;-)

1. Is the credit amount in your new profile nearly correct (if you're logging into the old myFO you will still get a credit daily for logging in but we're not porting that over so it shouldn't be too many credits discrepancy).

2. Can you give me links for the girls that have something wrong with them? I guarantee it'll get taken care of much faster that way than if I have to go diving into it myself.

3. Not sure why someone else was brought over in place of Amy. Could be something got mixed up with the ID's being used for the sync. If it was just 1, I'm treating it as a weird edge case.

Can you confirm you're on the same domain every time you're asked to log in? also, where are you logging in?

The credits in the new page and the old page don't match. But not a problem, I've been mainly logging into the old page for a while (various PC issues and having to constantly resetup favourites and things). I'll let you know tomorrow if the new credit total goes up after my first login of the day.

Logging into "https://freeones.com". On the plus side, my colour scheme preference is being remembered, I switched that to the classic theme recently.

You should be seeing the correct Amy Lee and the actual Anna Paquin now.

Can you confirm you're on the same domain every time you're asked to log in? also, where are you logging in?

Having the same login problem (also said that in the previous topic but I tooootally get when that got lost in the sh*t storm). Using latest Firefox, addons that might mess with keeping cookies disabled. Same in Edge (pre-Chromium engine). Using the same domain, it's in my bookmarks. (I do use the www prefix)

I don't think you shuld have killed RSS even before getting the following babes function ready.

This is one of those features where we need to see if it's worth reinstating. So far you're only the 2nd person out of hundreds that has mentioned RSS.

It's not off the list, but we have a lot more that needs to be implemented first. Oh, and the following babes function is there. Just not the new content notification. Hopefully if all goes right we'll be seeing it by the end of the week.

As promised, I've logged in using the new setup and the credit total hasn't changed. Was sitting at 11,113 last night and sitting at 11,113 this morning after logging in.


I haven't seen any mention or been able to track them down and I was wondering what's happening with our bought galleries from the old setup?
I know there's always the possibility I just looked in the wrong place and it's all there or an explanation for what's happening is somewhere.

Regarding earlier statement by someone else. Looks like the profile images on a search are rendered incorrectly or something. Cache bug or whatever. Just wanted to search for Riley Steele and the first result that shows up when typing the name (because I typed fast it was Riley Reid or Riley Star, both hot) that was the image for the remainder of the autocomplete.
When I paste "Riley Steele" in the search bar and hit backspace all up to all the Rileys, Miss Steele's picture is showing everywhere.

I did hit all the possible refresh buttons to force refreshing all content and scripts.

We're diving into the log in issue. Hopefully we can get it figured out and fixed because I can imagine it's as annoying as fuck. But thanks for testing it, that actually gives me some more info to give the dev!

I think for the avatar issue, since i can't recreate it, you might have searched when something was being pushed live. Sometimes if you're doing something specific right when things are pushed online, weirdness happens.

I can recreate it in multiple browsers on multiple machines. When I type "R", Italia R appears, whoever that might be. When I continue typing "riley", the names update, the images dont.
