Is there a worse site on the net than Onlyfans.com? All I did was cancel my subcription and they blocked me for life. They charged me double when i signed up, and the site is very hard to use when looking up older content on a porn stars page. Customer service is very rude. Awful

With OnlyFans, you're gambling on what the model puts up or doesn't put up. She is not made to add a certain amount of content, and its set up in a way where its just sort of.. snapchatty. It doesn't take the dedication that an official site has that's ran by someone like Cherry Pimps, for example, where they are actively shooting with the girls, editing, uploading, designing, updpating, etc. Let's be serious, snapchat is the laziest form of communication second only to Facebook.

You will need to follow someone who is proactive in uploading and interacting to have a good experience because interaction and being personal is supposed to be the attraction. Someone I follow like https://onlyfans.com/coyandcocky?aff=556 does a pretty good job.

As for the customer service, I've never dealt with them. I cancel following a model when I get bored, and follow someone else when I feel like it. I've had no problems. Now, if you're dealing with a chargeback or a similar, well.. you'll need to figure out what exactly happened. I have heard better things about FanCentro, as an FYI. You might wanna check them out. Their platform tends to attract more self-starters, in my opinion.

I agree there is a bit of trouble navigating in OnlyFans. You have a thin sliver of a scroll bar to work with: ability to go up and down when viewing purchased content. Also too, you can inadvertently be charged double. It gets confusing in there. Because you sometimes can only "tip" as a response. You pay for the content the first time. Then if you want to comment then a "tip" comes up again. There is no other way to get around that. I'll know more when I review this month's credit card statement when it comes.

I finally just got into the OnlyFans site late Sunday. I enrolled in early January. I was beset with Password problems from the get-go. I had forgotten to write down my password. Customer Service isn't rude. It's just that their support team is very slow in responding. At a snail's pace. They fixed the issue in early March. Anyway, I found the OnlyFans team's response on Sunday. I'm able to login and I started following some of the ladies who I was following at ManyVids. I bought content over there too at Onlyfans. No problem.

That's a chargeback on the credit card. If I were to guess it was the second charge that came up. He should have instead contacted the site or the model and told them or her about it. She, most likely, would release content to him equating to the second charge. As a result of the chargeback, it's probably not just OnlyFans who has blocked him. But the lady that he was following. OnlyFans will terminate a user of the site if they chargeback the card. The lady will not appreciate it either. She made the content available to him and he charged it back. Not cool. Because most times, that's a straight denial by the user that he was ever at the OnlyFans website buying adult content.

But yes, Only Fans does allow you the ability to stop following a lady and to cancel subscriptions. But a chargeback? That's a whole different story.

Their terms of service state:

5. Refunds

Section 5.1: All purchases made on OnlyFans.com are final and non-refundable. You are entitled to cancel any subscription, for any reason and at any time, thereby ensuring that you will not be billed again for that subscription.

Section 5.2: However, any purchase made on OnlyFans and subsequently subject to a chargeback will result in the User’s account being immediately and permanently excluded from OnlyFans."

yes, as Adam has mentioned, he has had no problems subscribing and cancelling to any models on OF, my fans come and go, sometimes months later, and tbh, there´s no problem finding older content, if you use the search feature, so simply, my fans login to my profile with OF and for example, search gloryhole or beach, and all those vids and pics come up, yes, still a scroll system, but then, that´s what OF is, it´s a fanbase page, not a membership site. The cost difference is huge for this reason. My site, you pay on average $20 a month, my OF, $5, i´d always recommend a models site, if it´s their official site and if it´s still active, if they are still active. I give the same communication to all my fans on all sites and profiles, sending private pics, clips and chatting, but for full hd updates and the ability to favourite, find and locate vids and pics, my official site is much easier and better for the customer.

quick question

Is it the norm to buy 30 day access and then cancel? Do most sites have enough content to warrant a montly subscription? The site I'm thinking about registering for is like $35/month and that's over $400 for a whole year!! That seems like too much money for me. BUT...if most sites update/refresh content than it might be worth it?
