    I will be posting recipes on this thread, once a week. I'll even post some pix. Here we can talk about "YOUR" favorite recipes instead of some else's same shit over and over!! POst EM up people!!

    Too bad I don't cook, 'cause that's shits funny. 'cause somebody told me to do that shit when I was young, and fuck if I don't on the very rare occasion that I boil pasta. I make one basmati rice dish that my girlfriend loves, from a 3rd date or something. I have to Google for the fuckin recipe every time she asks for it again. And I think I remember a Chris Rock routine about if they're always asking for "that dish you make so well", it's because you don't cook for shit, that's the one thing they can stand. Yeah so anyway.

    There's a country store about five miles down the road from me that does some of the best cheeseburgers you could imagine, thinking that might be what's for dinner tonight because I'm too lazy to drive any further than that and my grocery cabinets and fridge are about empty.

    Chicken and rice bake. Cream of mush soup with water and spices into the copper square pan. Brown some chicken thighs only skin side down with some chopped onions and bell pepper softened. Mix vegs into rice and top with chicken skin side up. Cover and bake 375 for 45 minutes. Dinner and a lunch cooking while I watch Frosty the Snowman.

    I can not handle even the basics of Chinese cooking. Trial and error dozens of times have failed. I've got the wok, I've got the peanut oil. I get the veggies. Failure after failure every time. Lo mein and fried rice should be so simple. Not for me. I can not produce anything remotely close to edible.
