Click profile - edit options - in the bottom you find other options and "Avatar" - change avatar
You can upload one or link one.
But i STILL cant do 1?! Says the pic is to big?! But its only small? Confused!

Use a program like paint shop pro to check the size, I sometimes make them 79x79 just to be sure and compress it 30 to 40 in a .jpg.
