ok, so why cant we tell people where to go then? that shouldnt be considered filesharing because we arent giving anyone any files. just telling them to go to a certain website and look for what they want. how can freeones be responsible for a website that is not run owned or operated by them?

FreeOnes gets along mostly because make friends with the people who run the industry, and that includes the business management of CamWithHer. Could they get in legal trouble for people posting links or directions here? Maybe, but probably not. But they make it a policy to cooperate because it's part of the site philosophy to "make nice" with the people paying the bills. You don't see pornstars doing special photoshoots for many other adult forums, do you?
