As far as my lips go I had restylane put in them. It is a filler like collagen but is the "latest" thing right now. I have only had it done one time and its been 5 months now and they still look full. I will say though at first they were way too big and looked ridiculous. I even shot some sets for digidolls.com and a few sets for my site when they did not look good yet. I think that in my latest sets like the ones in the gold boots, the pool table set, and the christmas pics they look the way I was hoping they would look. It took mine an unusually long time to go down. Make sure she goes to a doctor who is very experienced at doing restylane because if the doctor is too aggressive she can get lumps (I had a few at first) and in that case she will have to go back and have them injected with some stuff that softens the lumps. Now my lips are really nice and soft and I love the way they look. It is very very painful though I won't lie and when they go back down I really don't know if I will go through the pain again. I could handle getting new boobs much better than having my lips done~~!! lol
