I would say that they all will go nude within a few weeks/months of each other.

At the moment, most would be watching cause of the "Taboo" factor... their young teens, the forbidden fruit, and everyone wants a bite.

But as soon as they become "Legal", they'll go nude, the novelity will wear off... then they are left with the choice of fading away or going hardcore.

Problem is as well they can leave it too long non-nude after they are legal, cause if people go away, when they do go nude, no-one will care.

As mentioned it's the Taboo/Novelity factor...
