Reason being there is only one way a implant is done with out scarring. Even more so it's impossible to implant without the edges of the implant showing. The best way of implanting to make it look natural is by inserting the bag empty in through under the arm pit. Which will leave a very small scar that is hidden mostly by the folds of skin and the arm. Then once that is done there use a series of injections to fill the bag. But they don't fill it completely so it gives a natural like wobble and bounce. But as they walk you can still see the bag bounce. This is very expensive and very few people have it done. One example of how this looks natural is Sora Aoi JAV queen. But if you look at her you'll still see the edging and also the breast doesn't flatten out when she's laid down. They also remain in shape and don't sag when she lays on her side.

As for Simi, just watch one of her hardcore scenes where the man mauls her breasts. If they are implanted you'll see the edges to the bag or the whole implant will cause a crease in the flesh. She doesn't have any. Also the wobble when she walks has no such bouncing implant.

Like others have said: no signs of scars adds to natural argument and also her nipples are a size consistent with the size of her breasts.

Don't be too quick to label yourself an expert and me not one just because my judgement was different to yours. I've seen enough porn to get top notch scores in real or fake tests and I've played with a few sets of natural female breasts to know how they move and feel and how they respond to being squeezed. Simi's breasts are a lot firmer than other big naturals like say Gianna Michaels but that doesn't mean they're fake. Right lets see if I can clean this up totally. All the she had, hasn't had a boob job.

Right on the last clip of what I'm about to post should clear this up. As you'll see when she moves her hands away from her breasts while on her back. Her boobs flatten out. Her right boob is best to see this with and something no implant can do. It still remains raised slightly due to good muscle tone behind the fat in the breast. But you can see from the motion that it is all fluid wobble throughout the breast. Another thing a implant can't archive due to it been a bag in a bag so to speak.
