Why no sexually oriented material?

I find it a bit confusing that to sign on as a new member, I supposedly had to agree not to post any sexually oriented material. After all, Freeones is the best free porn site on the web, and presumably most of your members came across Freeones while chasing porn. Can anybody explain this curious paradox?
