Annoying markings

When I have read a subject, the marker indicating unread messages remains for a long time. Could you possibly know how I can make it stop?

Somtimes for me when I log in, there are unread messages but they dont glow orange, they remain blue which means I have to work out what my last post was and work through that way. This is even more annoying than them staying orange...

On the forum main page (http://board.freeones.com) there are 3 links at the bottom on the right:
Log Out | Mark All Forums Read | Forum Leaders

Just click on "Mark All Forums Read" when you are done for the moment.

This sometimes happens. And it's because you had an IE window opened with the Freeones board for a certain period.

I'm finding that the "Mark Forums Read" link, either the one under Quick Links, or the one at the bottom of the main forum page, is only working about half the time that I click on it. The "Mark This Forum Read" link for each specific forum works fine.

Any ideas? :dunno:
