well, in Belgium, the site doesn't exist, so I've always suspected that she quit until her site posted a couple of updates recently, then I assumed she had a change of heart. I don't know if the site is running on fumes or not.

If I remember, on her forum, when it was up and running, she sad that there was a lot of economical problems in Belgium, there was more to what she said, but this could be the reason why sites like Destiny Cale had to close down and why Cindy's site is appearing to be going the same way.

Well, the story I got was it doesn't exist in Belgium because she didn't want any schoolmates seeing her pics after she went topless. That only works for the site per se but doesn't stop promo pics and stuff from forums like this being seen. That didn't work out too well. Her first long hiatus in Spring of 2008 allegedly had to do with this topic.

As far as running out the string of old material, I don't think that's true either. I know a webmaster who knows hers and I gather that neither site shoots much in advance. She's in the midst of a big break now and who knows other than she and her webby if she'll return but she's had big breaks like this before only to return amidst big rumors of the demise of her site. I've never learned what causes these big breaks, but it ain't the first time. Might be the last, might not be the last. Only time will tell.

As a model, she's a definite home run. No doubt about it. However, the inconsistencies of service don't make it worth my dime anymore. If updates begin again and show some sort of regularity, I might consider it. Til then, that 25 bucks a month will probably go towards real, live women I might meet and touch.

She and Emma O'Neil are both from Belgium. The same company had two other websites that both closed a year or so ago. DestinyCale.net and AlyssaFox.net. Apparently they were both Belgians too.

I noticed her site updated for the first time in over two months recently. Last update prior to that was about the same interval. I think Cindy is just the most delicious thing on two legs anywhere and I was a member of her site a long time ago when it updated regularly (about once a week with the occasional extended hiatus of a few weeks) and she participated in her forum. The forum closed long before the site went semi-dormant and now they update every few months. Not about to spend money again on that kind of service. When her forum was up, really only a handful of guys participated in it but it made the site worthwhile. She struggled with her English but was very sweet to all the guys who played around in there and was very good about answering private messages personally to all. Like I said, when she started to get sporadic with updates, there was some complaining and she didn't take to it to well and one day, poof, the forum was gone. Just like that. The personal touch to the site made it worthwhile for me. Since her sets have many repeat pictures and you can find the meat of them on the free net most of the time, the forum was what kept me coming back. Everyone was pretty respectful and for the most part it was harmless fun. I don't think anyone had foolishly unrealistic expectations but it was nice to casually chat with the model occasionally. After the death of the forum, the site continued kind of randomly for awhile and it just kind of updates every couple of months. The trouble seemed to start about the time she jumped to topless. Don't know if it's true but she said she caught some guff at school even though you can't access her site in Belgium.

At any rate, I'm no expert in the field but I'm of the opinion that with the right care, this site could have been HUGE. As it is, it just kind of stumbles along and one day it will just die. I just assumed it was dead already til I saw it updated today. Surely not going to join now for a month and 25 bucks if it won't update again for two months and there is no forum.

Still love looking at Cindy though. She may or may not be innocent but she surely has the look that she is. Gorgeous face and body to go with that coquettish look and she was a HUGE home run in my book. I'm hoping the life of CindyMilley.net isn't just sputtering to a slow finish but I wouldn't be surprised if it is. The sister site, EmmaONeil.com is even MORE dormant than CM.net. It's a total shame this website had to die. It's been dormant for three months and I presume dead and gone. One of the very few websites I actually whipped a credit card out for. My advice for what it's worth, don't join her site til you see that it's updating regularly again. Just check her homepage from time to time. Sadly, this has been the M.O. of this site for a long time. The first year of her site when she was still non-nude, it updated very regularly. After the jump to topless, it got sporadic but kept up for awhile. She'd do a few non-nude sets and maybe a topless one and then not update for like a month. Then last year, NOTHING for like six months. About this time last year, big comeback. To relaunch, there were like ten sets released at once. For awhile, it was one update a week. Then every two weeks, then whenever they felt like it and now it's kaput again. The last one was in late February but it was the "Christmas" set so obviously they just hung on to it long enough to string everyone out. Who knows what goes on behind the scenes at these things but I assume she either quit or they stopped production sometime before the holidays. I peek in every so often, like once a month to see if the site has sprung back to life but I have a suspicion this time it's gone for good. What a great model.
